ABOUT ME
I’ve had a passion for story-telling for as long as I can remember. I began crafting my own creative stories as soon as I could write, and took an interest in politics at age four, disobeying my parents to catch glimpses of the news from time-to-time. I knew I wanted to write, help people, and somehow make a difference in the world, but I didn’t have a name for my passion until much later on. In middle school, I found it: journalism. Since then, I've been working hard to tel others' stories in an accurate and compassionate light. I've covered everything from immigration to opioid addiction to uniform policies in my high school. I'm grateful for the experiences I've had as the editor-in-chief of my school news magazine, The C&G, and I'm excited to continue to pursue my passion of storytelling in the future.
